We start a new training video serial called “Methods of training the hand-to-hand fighters according to the version of Spetznaz GRU.” This video serial is intended for public at large, both for those who have exercised martial arts for long and who have never exercised them. Those films present the training system for the hand-to-hand fighter consistently and orderly from the zero level up to the top mastery. This training system has been tested in Russia. A trainee using this system during eight or nine months of training reached the level so that he could oppose easily a man of the black belt in any kind of oriental martial arts with no less than four or five years of training background. After a course of one and a half or two years a trainee could easily oppose any master of oriental martial arts with no less than twelve years of experience or could fight against two or three enemies of lower level (but who exercised in oriental martial arts two or three years at least). |
|
The training course is quite simple as regard to methods of presentation and teaching. Here you will not find any overcomplicated technique, any stunning leg blows while jumping. The whole technique is quite simple but very effective; more over, it does not require super exhausting training to wear the whole body. Three or four two-hour training sessions a week are needed to get a required result. |

It is just the first film of the video serial. The whole serial will consist of 30 films at least, they are to help a trainee to go all the way from a beginner to the top mastery.
